Third. The music. Your faithful narrator took no notes. But I can tell you this: Malcolm Hunter's Tycoon Dog lit the stage on FUEGO. Super LSD laced blues with Grateful Dead overtones provided a groove one might associate with the feeling of smoking a marihuana cigarette while staring at a well light lava lamp in a dark room smelling of the sweetest patchouli incense. Scott, the guitarist is remarkably talented and has a great rock and roll voice to accompany his Jerry Garcia-like licks. Some mic problems in the beginning but remained unbowed and incinerated the place down to ashes.

Our own Malcolm Hunter YGK was equally impressive on the keyboard. His playing was like stroking one's medulla oblongata to a dopamine spurting ecstasy. Very animated, Mr. Hunter at times sounded like the groovy cat that's blind with the shades...

Great rapport with the drummer, he was a huge part of the Groovalicious sounds generated from Tycoon Dog collectively. The piece "Snow in Hades" featured Malcolm on vocals and that too had the place rocking from the rafters. One word: outstanding. We headed for drinks at 4:00 AM in Union Square. I'm sure he's a hurting puppy right now. Great job brother. next >
